Clients are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files do not contain illegal, confidential, or copyrighted material without appropriate permission. Omni80 is not liable for damages arising from delayed delivery, misinterpretation of audio, or unauthorized use of transcribed documents.
Uploaded files are processed securely and deleted after fulfillment unless otherwise agreed upon. By submitting a file, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Omni80 Consulting LLC from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the content of the audio or its transcription.
For sensitive or confidential matters, clients are encouraged to request a custom confidentiality agreement or NDA prior to submission.
